Recently the board of Anduhyaun Inc. made some changes to our structure by implementing new positions and promoting within in keeping with Aboriginal traditions.
Our new management structure is as follows:
Chief Executive Officer: TBA
General Manager/Director of Shelter: Liz Hammond
Director of Client Support Services: Shannon Simpson
(responsible for Nekenaan and the Crisis Centre)
Director of Awashishuck Daycare: Jules Koostachin
Head Teacher of Awashishuck Daycare: Christine John
With these new positions comes change. And to continue to maintain a healthy and refreshing outlook change is great.
The Board of Directors continue to work very hard to ensure that the agency continues to provide services to the Aboriginal community with professionalism and respect in keeping with Aboriginal traditions and cultural understanding. The Board continues to network and keeps the plight of the community and continuing issues on the table for open discussion and resolution.
The staff maintain a diligent attitude in delivering services to clients and will continue to do so.
